How can I store my biltong?

Store unopened pack in a cool, dark and dry place.

 

After opening the packaging, consume quickly and store in a paper bag in the refrigerator.

 

Never store biltong in plastic bags or plastic containers, as there is a risk of mold growth. Please only store the biltong in a paper bag in the fridge.

The biltong can be frozen in a paper bag. We recommend that you spread the biltong on a dry towel before enjoying it and let it thaw for about 20 minutes.
