How can I store my biltong?
Store unopened pack in a cool, dark and dry place.
 
After opening the packaging, consume quickly and store in a paper bag in the refrigerator.
 
Do not store Biltong in plastic bags or containers, as this may cause mold growth. Please only store Biltong in a paper bag in the refrigerator.

Biltong can be frozen in a paper bag. We recommend spreading the Biltong on a dry towel and letting it thaw for about 20 minutes before consuming it.
